Good morning, Saint Michael School community. 

I hope this email finds you well. 

A quick reminder about school yard safety: Please wait until 1:55 to drive into the school yard, as kindergarten and preschool students are being dismissed at that time. Also, please remember to go in through the 5th Street gate and exit through the 6th street gate only. Thank you for your cooperation. 

Homework help, after-school book clubs, STEM Club, Cheer Club, and athletic study hours continue. Let us know if you have any questions. 

This Friday we have a bake sale, with grade 2 responsible for snacks and grade 5 responsible for bringing items for our raffle (unopened toys or games you may have at home). Thank you for your generosity. 

Attached to this email you will find our schedule for Catholic Schools Week, from Jan. 27th-Feb. 2. Please sign up for the Roller Kingdom event and the Family Movie Night as soon as possible, as we need to reserve tickets. Coaches and other volunteers are welcome to join us for our Pep Rally, which will feature an "8th grade vs staff" dodgeball game! 

For Catholic Schools Week, our service project this year will be to gather items for the Pregnancy Care Center, which has locations in Lowell, Lawrence, and Haverhill. Information will be sent home this week. 

Our Family Mass for February is going to be on Feb. 2nd, to conclude Catholic Schools Week. We invite you to join us for food and fun at the school after mass, as we welcome prospective families to our school during our Open House, from 10:30-12:30. 

Our Father-Daughter Dance is taking place on Feb. 8th. Please sign up quickly! See Mrs. Barry, Mrs. Duquette, or Mr. Paradise for more information. 

Our 8th grade class is still selling Krispy Kreme donuts, which will be delivered to those who order them after the February vacation. See an 8th grader to place your order!

Our January Calendar Winners are being announced on the Facebook page each Friday. Please follow us on social media! 

Last, but certainly not least, MAP testing is happening this week, so please make sure your student is on time, and well rested.
