In Person Learning or Remote Form

    Parents/Guardians:

Please indicate as to whether your child/children will be coming to school in person or learning remotely starting on September 9, 2020.

Learning remotely will allow the child to access the live streaming tool through Google Meet. The assignments will be posted on Google Classroom. All remote learners will remain a remote learner until January 2021. After the first report card in December 2020, an additional form will be sent to all families allowing you to choose as to whether you wish to continue remote learning or switch to in-person instruction.

    Expectations of remote learners:
    • Follow SMS attendance policy
    • Commit to the regular duration of the school day class schedules
    • Be dressed in school gym T-shirt
    • Located in a setting suitable for learning (desk, table)-not a bed or couch
    • Cameras on and be visible to the teacher
    • Wear headphones for better audio transmission and block out background noises
    • Complete a Recording Release form
