COVID 19 Information
Dear Saint Michaels Families, April 9, 2020
As reports of COVID-19 cases touch closer to home, we are writing you to stay connected. During the COVID-19 pandemic our goal is to keep our community safe and healthy. Saint Michaels School understands this is a time of uncertainty for both parents and students. We want to assist those in any way possible. Social distancing is key in reducing the spread of COVID-19. If you must leave the house for essentials, remember social distancing includes maintaining a distance of 6 feet from others. Coronavirus symptoms include fever, cough and shortness of breath. If you experience these symptoms, please call your healthcare provider and follow their advice. Practice good hand hygiene cover your cough, and routinely clean frequently touched surfaces with household cleaners. Routine use of these measures by everyone will decrease the spread of viruses and respiratory diseases in our community.
Our school nurse , Kelsey Valente LPN has posted some tips (below) on keeping your children healthy while at home. Please take a moment to read over this important information found on the school website. Also feel free to contact Nurse Kelsey with any questions or concerns at nurse@saint-michael.com.
