Student Information
Hi Boys and Girls,
I miss you all and I hope you are doing well. I have registered Saint Michael School on a website called Artsonia.com. This site is so much fun! You are going to love creating your artwork each week. I am looking forward to seeing all of your designs!
I will be uploading a new project once a week for you to create. Please check back every Tuesday to see the new work assigned for you to complete. These assignments usually take 2 weeks to finish in the art room but I think it should only take you one week. This will be something else for you to do to use your creativity and imagination at home. I understand that you may not have all your art supplies at home but gather up what you have and designate an area for you to draw.
If possible I would like to have an Art Fair at the end of the year so please keep the artwork in a folder if you can. Once the work is complete you can upload your artwork once a week to Artsonia.com with your own personal ID that was assigned to you. Thanks so much for your patience and I am so excited to see all of the wonderful art work. I have also made an Online Gallery below if you would like to send your assigned work to me at jmilliard@saint-michael.com to publish on this site.
I have sent your parents an email and they just have to respond back to the email to get your Personal ID and the access code. Below is the information for your parents.

PARENTS – Our school is offering a way for students to submit their artwork to their Artsonia portfolio from home.
Your child can use iPads or similar devices (or even a browser) to photograph their own artwork, make edits and enter artist statements - all on their own! The artwork will be reviewed by the art teacher prior to being published. Download the Artsonia 6.0 app in the Apple or Android app store, select the "Students" option, then scan the Access Code on the Student page (or manually type in the code). You can also go to www.artsonia.com/class on a browser if you don't have a compatible device. The Access Code has been sent to your email for the students to sign in.
